What is a layette?

A layette is a complete outfit (clothing and accessories) for a new baby.

Is KatLyn a doll?

KatLyn is not a doll, and is not for playing with. It is a cute and unique way to package the clothing and accessories all newborns need. The parents should take KatLyn apart and use all the components for their newborn. The only piece of KatLyn which is not usable for their baby is some tissue paper.

What size are the clothes?

The clothes are newborn size, which is 0-3 months.

What is the quality of the components?

Clothing and blankets are 100% cotton and machine washable. All of the items in all of our products are name-brand items made specifically for newborns. The dye and paint used for the tee shirt in KatLyn are non-toxic.

Will I get the KatLyn pictured?

There are several patterns in each color category. Although items may have different patterns, they will always be equal in value and will always be in the color category you chose. The KatLyns pictured are samples from each category: blue, pink, and green/yellow. If you order a green/yellow KatLyn, you may get one that is primarily green or primarily yellow.

Can I customize my KatLyn?

We do not customize KatLyn at this time.

Can I get a refund, make a return or cancel my order?

You can cancel your order as long as the KatLyn or Baby Laundry has not actually been shipped. You may return KatLyn, Baby Bathtime or Baby Laundry as long as it is still assembled. The purchase price (not shipping) will be refunded. Kelley Crafts does not pay for shipping.

How long will it take to receive my order?

You should receive KatLyn or Baby Laundry in two weeks or less (usually less) by UPS ground, depending on how far it has to travel from California. You can have items shipped overnight or 2-day UPS by contacting us to let us know, and possibly paying an extra fee to cover the cost.

Is my payment secure?

Absolutely! We process all of our payments through PayPal within their secure environment. When your credit card is submitted, it goes directly to PayPal processor via SSL. I receive notice of your order, but do not receive your credit card information.

Can I have it sent to someone else?

Yes, there is a place for the shipping information as well as a place for the a gift message.
